To subscribe to RSS feeds you can subscribe for them to come to your email as stated above. Otherwise you need an RSS Reader (or Feed/News Aggregator). These programs (and services) will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial News Aggregators are available for download.

If you would like to subscribe to a blog using the most well known email clients:
Gmail - use Google Reader which you can access from within your Gmail account.
Yahoo - Using "My Yahoo" you can add the content by following these instructions.
